Eden Schwartz, LCSW (she/her)

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering in-person and virtual therapy to adults, children, and adolescents.

My background in theater and music shapes how I understand self-expression as layered, embodied, and deeply personal. That perspective carries into my work as a therapist, where I stay curious about the many ways people communicate - through words, silence, and creative expression.

I work with a wide range of clients, including those navigating depression and self-harm, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting and relationship challenges, postpartum depression and anxiety, and other forms of emotional distress that can feel isolating or difficult to name. I have a particular passion for supporting single parents; those navigating the emotional weight of parenting, providing, and holding a family together on their own. I also have a deep interest in working with teens and young adults as they find their footing in an increasingly complicated world - sorting through identity and uncertainty at a stage of life that rarely gets the patience it deserves.

I'm psychodynamically oriented, with additional training in AF-EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I have extensive experience with young adults and adolescents in school-based and private practice settings.
